Greetings! We hope this letter finds you and your church doing well.

We here at SNU are thrilled to be the church at work in higher education and we want you to know how vitally important you are to this university. Your influence in directing students to SNU is essential to us in fulfilling our mission of educating students for responsible Christian living.

For some time now, the Athletic Department has made free tickets available to youth groups from SNU’s four-state region, and while some of you have attended Crimson Storm athletic events with your youth groups, we believe that many of you may not know that this opportunity is available. We would love to have you join us for an afternoon or evening of SNU Athletics.

The process for obtaining tickets is simple; you can call our Director of Sports Information, Scott Secor, at 405-491-6619, or e-mail him at ssecor@snu.edu, and let him know what games you would like to attend and how many students you will be bringing. The free tickets are given to students in your youth groups as well as your sponsors.

The Sports Information Department will then take care of arranging for you to receive your tickets and will greet your group once they arrive at the game. Your youth group will also have the opportunity to be recognized over the public address system during the game and will be welcomed by one of the staff members from the Office of Admissions.

We believe that attending SNU athletic events is a great way for the Crimson Storm sports teams to build their fan base and is also a good, wholesome outing for your youth group.

We hope that you will take advantage of this resource to attend as many games as you can during the 2007-08 season. Please do not hesitate to call Scott and arrange for your group to attend any of our home athletic events. We would love to see you at soccer, volleyball, baseball, and softball games throughout the year as well.
